Our long pastas are sold by a pound and separated into four portions. These pastas cook in about 1.5 - 2 minutes, from freezer to boiling water.
Our raviolis are packaged in 13 ounce containers. These pastas cook in about 2 - 3 minutes, from freezer to boiling water.
Each of our sauces are sold frozen and must be defrosted before used. The following sauces come in two sizes.

Family-sized meals to enjoy! For each baked pasta, defrost and set the over to 350 degrees. Bake first with tin foil on top for 10-15 minutes, then remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Includes two layers of grass-fed beef from a local ranch and layers of bechamel, not ricotta. Feeds 3-4 people.
