From Our Kitchen to Your Neighborhood
Farmers markets are the classic way to pick up quality farm-to-table produce and meats and an array of local products. These venues provide an opportunity to converse with companies and learn about their sustainable and natural farming and artisan practices.
Casetta Cucina has been attending Houston-area farmers markets since 2017. Through the markets, we have met wonderful farmers and artisans, even using their products in our food to bring you quality meals. For instance, we use farmers market vendor Bedias Farms' 100% grass-fed beef for our lasagne and Bolognese sauce, as well as Micheal and Vincent's nitrite and pereservative-free Italian sausage for our Italian sausage raviloli and Sicilian ragu. If we cannot import the organic ingredients from Italy, we strive to use quality local ingredients for our products!
We are proud to continue selling at the markets alongside other small businesses that value clean and organic food! We appreciate the support and incredible encouragement from so many of you who have been following us for years at the farmers market as we grow our small business.
Featured Items & Preorders
In addition to our regular menu at each farmers market, we offer featured items, seasonal creative pastas and sauces that Chef Francesco makes for the market each week. We post each weekend's featured items and which markets will be attending on our Facebook (@Casetta Cucina) and Instagram (@casetta_cucina) pages.
As we tend to sell out of our pastas and sauces at the farmers market, you can preorder your items using the button below. When placing a preorder, please include your name, phone number, items you would like to preorder, and which farmers market you will be picking up your items at.
